Racial discrimination and related issues are something no employer wants to occur in their Missouri workplace yet issues arise all the time. Also, keep in mind that race discrimination can happen even if the person discriminating against you is also white. It is possible for this to occur, and you may not even realize it. The bottom line is that all workers should be treated equal regardless of physical or biological characteristics. That is why such legal protections are offered through discrimination laws.
